Although late, the Mano County Rescue Squad would like to take a moment and recognize the victims and hero's of the unfortunate events that had taken place on September 11, 2001.

There has been a major vehicle incident on the newly installed R51 Outbound from Clearcreek and a full road closure is in place. MCRS and MCFD are actively working to extricate the victim and provide critical care treatment. We ask you to avoid the R51 Outbound.

A tanker spill erupted since of a collision with a civilian vehicle with the tanker. No civilian or worker was hospitalized in the collision. MCFD handled the spill ensuring everyone's safety while MCRS handled minor injuries.

Tonight in Mano County, two individuals were involved in a crash that sent their vehicle into the river. After the FD successfully extracted them, the RS provided immediate medical attention. Thanks to the swift and skilled intervention of the RS, both patients lives were saved.

The RS had an extremely busy day in-game, responding to countless emergencies and assisting the fire department throughout the day. From traffic accidents to medical emergencies, we rewarded ourselves with a group photo.

*AVOID GROVE & WALNUT*, MCRS and @MCFD are currently working a gas pump leakage at the Gas to Yield, road closures are in effect until further notice, please avoid the area and give our crews room to work.

The MCRS was dispatched to a male involved in an explosion. Upon arrival, CCS Paramedics of the MCRS deemed the male in immediate need of an Aerial Evacuation. @MCSO prepared a landing zone for Air-1, where the male was airlifted to MCMC, awaiting treatment.

🚑Today, MCRS received a call regarding an individual experiencing chest pain. Upon arrival at the scene, MCRS identified the condition as a STEMI heart attack. The patient was promptly transported to MCMC and is currently in stable condition.

Head Relations Coordinator and County Administrator lucasdcatch has resigned county wide. On behalf of the department we wish him well for the future.

MCRS & MCFD employees were dispatched to a rollover. Authorities worked hard to extract the officer from the vehicle and treat his injuries.

An SVA occurred earlier today in PSP Farms, near the race track. MCFD shortly arrived later, and extracted the victims. Upon extraction they were not breathing and was able to be revived by Paramedics at the scene. They were then transported, we expect a full recovery to be made.

The Mano County Rescue Squad is pleased to announce the beginning of our BLS Units on patrol! We hope that with this expansion, the County is able to receive the benefits of Basic Care while Paramedics are busy.

With MCRS Class 23 Underway most applicants have made their way out of the Academy and into the Field. Working alongside Field Instructors to get hands-on experience! We wish them good luck as they undertake their Field Training!

A mass casualty incident occurred today behind RS homes as a train derailed and caught on fire. 6 individuals were involved in the fire. All survived, and were treated and transported as needed. We thank MCRS and MCFD for their swift response to the scene.

On May 18th, 2024, an MCRS Paramedic was struck by a vehicle near the Fire Department. The Paramedic was treated swiftly by on-team MCFD and two Critical Care Paramedics, and in the end the Paramedic survived with minor injuries. The paramedic is now recovering at MCMC.
