Uhm @whoop & @willahmed, I submitted the support request almost 24hrs ago, received no response, and I’m still sitting here unable to re-pair my strap to my phone.......it will not enter the pairing mode via continuously tapping on the device. No clue if I’m #inthegreen today.

@Ryan_Mullins@whoop@willahmed I got a reply of 'they are working on it', but I'm still here with a @whoop strap that won't enter the pairing mode to connect with my phone. I put on my old @fitbit Charge 3 with the Premium subscription to get some idea of my sleep recovery status, but it's not the same.
@whoop@willahmed Submitted a request earlier this afternoon along with the diagnostic data file for your review, but have not received a response. I've completely deleted the app and reinstalled the app, but the strap still will not enter pairing mode.
Hey @whoop & @willahmed, my 3.0 won’t connect to the app and I am unable to ‘unpair’ it as per the video troubleshooting recommendation because it won’t pair. I can’t even get the strap back into pairing mode. Please help!! #inthegreen#whywhoop
