@McTaggartGroup we go about apprenticeships differently. 90% of our apprentices and young people progress from our involvement with college and employability programmes. Creating opportunity for young people that might other wise get over looked. Example below #ScotAppWeek22

Our support to @IRCommunities Pathway to Construction programme continues with the last group of students to gain work experience with @McTaggartGroup. This weeks students join us from @MaryRussellsec @ParkMainsHigh @dywwest.
