@Epickeyswan23 Having had time to reflect. Under the MCU story arc, Sam getting it does make sense. He has the whole ‘wholesome American’ thing going on. Whereas 5 years ago, Bucky was a vigilante Murdereron behalf of Hydra.

I’m still annoyed at Falcon getting the shield though. Should have been Bucky. Super soldier serum. Evil mind control turned good. Best friend since kids. The reason #CaptainAmerica even met the Doc to be considered for the serum.
