Yesterday afternoon, Year 5 had an amazing time building structures using cocktail sticks and marshmallows. We were investigating the impact of earthquakes. Thank you to Outwood Hemsworth Academy for delivering the lesson - we really enjoyed it (especially the marshmallows!) 😆

Year 5 have been dissecting Year 6 non-chronological reports this morning to familiarise themselves with Year 6 expectations and also identify the key features needed for their own reports. There’s quite a bit of ‘magpie-ing’ going on! We love a WAGOLL! 😆 @MD_MrsThompson

Class 5 are so proud of our guitar playing hero, who won our class heats for the upcoming Waterton’s Got Talent competition. He bravely performed in front of the whole school, but was pipped at the post by a comedy duo in Class 6! Well done, DS! @WatertonTrust
