A State is dangerous; do you understand?
The moment they can't control you or they see that you will disrupt their plans or policies; they will target you using their rogue law enforcement even the courts. So just be careful Ok? These people are extremely evil, heartless too.
They don't care about citizens concerns or open to engagement. They only care about themselves. Living a lavish lifestyle and high positions that come with money.
You will organize a peaceful march on anything (poor service delivery, unemployment, high crime etc) and it can be badly hijacked or infiltrated by the state itself. They will then blame those who were leading it so that people stop complaining and fear being arrested for "treason".
Citizens are always faced with blood thirsty hyenas (rogue state). Make sure you always calculate your moves and be mindful that things can get out of hand.
It's a jungle out there. Move with caution. ⚠️
📑 | A country with a government where 60% of its ministers and public officials have low IQ. Imagine?
What level of disrespect is this? They can't read; can't articulate themselves properly, many were not even appointed based on merit or qualifications but through "connections" but somehow these people have to approve policies that affects so many people lives?
Damn man! 😔🚮
Baze bahlupheka abantu. Just when you think they will resign or all be fired for incompetence, they still display their arrogance everyday publicly.
🗳 Voting them out won't help either because the same elections are rigged in day broadlight. Yho!
⚖️ | There will come a time where evidence will surface on how the elections in this other country was RIGGED.
The people who were involved, including officials working with political parties. The meetings that took place. Where the machines came from...how they secretly signed an agreement on it.
How much money was paid and how certain political parties didn't even get a seat to be in Parliament but were somehow given seats to ensure their funders policies are pushed within....
Poor citizens queued for absolutely nothing.
Save this tweet! 👍🏻
One thing about life? That day always comes.
🚨 ¡BOMBAZO QUE DUELE! 😳
¿Viste eso? El “art of the deal” convertido en súplica en vivo.
RT si estás viendo cómo cae el mito.
My dad used to say, “Dimpho, you cannot talk more than you read .” I did not fully understand him then. But as I grew older and became an avid reader, I realised exactly what he meant.
A society that stops reading eventually mistakes noise for intelligence, confidence for knowledge, and slogans for thought. Intellectual depth is built in silence through reading, reflection, and disciplined learning.
We need to make reading fashionable again, guys.
Dear South Africans,
We will not be misled - there were no errors of law in the Panel Report!
The Ngcobo Panel applied the law rationally, cautiously, and exactly within the constitutional framework created by section 89 and Rule 129. It correctly understood that its role was not to determine guilt but to assess whether sufficient prima facie evidence existed to justify a fuller parliamentary inquiry.
The report reflects a legally disciplined approach. The panel carefully distinguished between preliminary evidentiary assessment and final factual findings, confined itself to the material placed before it, and repeatedly grounded its reasoning in constitutional text, parliamentary rules, and Constitutional Court jurisprudence.
In fact, the jurisprudential strength of the report lies precisely in its restraint.
Rather than overreaching, the panel respected separation of powers, recognised the limits of its mandate, and rationally concluded that the seriousness of the allegations warranted deeper constitutional scrutiny by Parliament.
Dear South Africans,
The Constitutional Court approached Phala Phala primarily as a constitutional oversight dispute, not as a criminal adjudication. In doing so, it avoided engaging directly with the criminal-law implications identified by the Section 89 Panel. This was deliberate.
The real issue now is the National Prosecuting Authority. The NPA declined to prosecute, citing, amongst other things, a lack of reasonable prospects of success. However, the recent declassification of the IPID investigation introduced new allegations and evidence relating to unlawful investigations, misuse of state resources, and possible concealment of crime.
The question South Africans should now ask is simple: if the evidentiary record has materially changed, why has the NPA not revisited its decision?
As the Xhosa nation,
we reject every attempt by politicians & parliamentarians to divide South Africans through tribalism
There is no war between tribes
The marches happening across the country represent the voice of ALL South Africans united for justice, safety&accountability
Whoever came up with the title “Honourable” for Members of Parliament prob. never imagined we would one day be subjected to this level of mediocrity. SMH 😭🙆🏾♂️
When citizens demand immigration laws be enforced, politicians suddenly cry “tribalism.” Why?
Because unity among South Africans threatens the political class that benefits from chaos, unemployment & weak borders
This isn’t tribalism
Its national self-preservation & patriotism
Please don't turn us into anti vaxxers again, reasoning with rocks can be tiring.
There is no virus, what is there is a vaccine they want you to take.
Don't get vaccinated.
Did you know?
Each time South Africans protest against illegal immigration Cyril Ramaphosa doesn't engage the citizens. Instead, he runs out of the country to engage the Presidents of the countries that are causing us the most illegal migration.
Yesterday, he was in Zimbabwe
Today he's in Mozambique
Tommorow hell be in Malawi
Later, he will be in Nigeria
That's not a coincidence. This is not normal behaviour. He is running around trying to please the dictators in those countries. I'm sure he is trying to convince them that he has everything under control.
Yeah no. Let's make sure we remove every ANC mayor and councillor from all municipalities later this year.
@Julius_S_Malema You can be a member of the parliament but in the eyes of the law you’re a human
Steve Biko was beaten
This one was allowed to pee and eat during the road trip…
