@Ramesh_87 @ANI Happened with me many times. They always chase people on bike which sometimes cause accident. These stray dogs need to ne neuter first by municipality so that they don't increase their population. Also people need to stop feeding these dogs.

@ANI I live in the area of Kirti nagar, there are some people in my neighborhood who always feed these stray dogs and these stray dogs after 10pm always get mad over any body passing through the roads, I feel scared when I need to go outside after 10 or coming to my home late night.
