Every oncologist remembers the first @ASCO Guideline they read in fellowship: the systematic review, the evidence tables, the panel consensus behind every recommendation.
Today, OpenEvidence announced an integration of ASCO Guidelines, figures, and flowcharts into the OpenEvidence model. The ASCO Guidelines appear within context, accompanied by peer-reviewed evidence, precise citations, and a direct link to the ASCO website.
Heading to #ASCO26? Make sure the Social Media Meetup is on your schedule! 🗓️

We are proposing a new anatomical classification for relapsed secondary CNS aggressive B-cell lymphoma (R-SCNSL).
Based on our analysis at @MayoClinic, the site of relapse (parenchymal vs. leptomeningeal) is an independent predictor of clinical outcomes.

In our new BCJ study, CHIP sharply boosts lymphoid malignancy risk in individuals with MBL.
➡️ MBL: HR 3.48
➡️ CHIP: Not significant alone
➡️ MBL + CHIP: HR 7.18
MBL and CHIP are independent precursors, but together they form a potent driver of lymphoma risk.
