@emirates@EmiratesSupport I cancelled my 8 March Dubai–Kolkata ticket at Terminal 3 and was assured no charges. Emirates globally declared tickets booked between 28 Feb–15 Apr have no cancellation fees, yet a large amount was deducted. Please review and arrange refund.

It’s been 14 days since my flight from Dubai to Kolkata was cancelled by Air India, yet there is no refund and no proper response. This level of delay and silence is completely unacceptable. Case Number - 36843187

@airindia Standard time is maximum 7-10 days for any refund whereas in such crunch war situations it should have processed even faster, other airlines are more proactive towards any customer concerns. @airindia I have been trying through all possible channels but no response.

@EmiratesSupport I had connecting flight from Dubai to Kuwait on 28th Feb got cancelled when can I get the next flight and can go back to India if the Kuwait flights are not operating ? My flights were Ek571 and EK 859 on 28th Feb
