I know I have been quiet over the last few months. For 2026, I have decided that I will remain off, with the intent of not posting much at all in 2026. I need to focus on other things.
I hope everyone has a wonderful 2026.
For all the wannabe “big accounts” stop using the words “followers” and “my following” lol we’re all nobodies and you sound cringe as shit.
Happy thanksgiving
@drakesmith__ It’s that simple. I don’t care about your R:R ratio or capture efficiency, etc… it’s all stupid shit.
Is the cash balance higher after you traded or not?
@TJTheWheelDeal Nope, because if you underperform you will get ridiculed and if you outperform, no one will believe you or they will just say you can’t do that repeatedly over a longer time frame.
That’s one thing with selling options. You can be assigned up to 5:30pm EDT. I will usually not let them expire because random things can happen after hours and I can’t react to them.
Guys I'm so sad.
I had two $105 $HOOD covered calls and one $106 call. They expired worthless. I collected premiums and thought that was that.
I was over the moon excited to sell calls on them on Monday morning following the S&P inclusion pump.
But I woke up today and they were assigned!!! 😭😭😭
How can calls get assigned on expired contracts after the market closes below their strike price?? Options contracts end at 4PM and HOOD was $101 at that time!
@KresoOptions and @LEAPTRADER_ has this happened to you??
I'm so fucking bummed.
You only get the $1.4 billion if you take the annuity, which is spread over 30 annual payments.
If you take the lump sum, you get a reduced amount because they discount it to present value.
Then, they take the 37% out for Federal taxes, which is the highest rate. They would do the same thing if you took the annuity option as well.
Powerball is now at $1.4 billion dollars.
After taxes you would take home $480 million dollars.
Almost a BILLION in taxes.
The IRS is the biggest winner in every lottery.
Just another way they steal from the people.
Taxation is THEFT!!!!
Credit spreads are humming along.
@TslaGroupie I may do something similar to what you said today and start laddering them by date to have weekly expirations.
