@robertoblake @realalexclark fuel is $3.74/gal at Costco, etc…. if you want middle class in CA, you need $275k now vs $110k in the mid 2000’s. Most people don’t realize our electric bill is the price of a mortgage here

Gas is currently $4.56/gal cash price, electricity is $.58/kwh, and quality food for 2 is just over $300/wk here in Central Valley CA. So fuel for 2 cars is $480/month, electricity for 2000sqft home is $652/month average, groceries is $1200/month. So $2300/month just for food, fuel, and electricity. These are averages (food could prob go down a little).
