For almost all 10 years of my career I’ve never seen any promoter not already hav graphic design person to do them. People using Ai are just doing it because they are lazy etc. it’s not about budget.

If a promoter doesn’t have the money to hire a proper graphic artist for their graphics they don’t have enough to be paying talent properly.
