@k9_reaper Thought I had pinched a nerve in my lower back very badly a few years ago. Horrible pain, could barely walk, etc. I finally went to the doc - it was a lower back avulsion fracture (muscle contracted hard enough to rip out a piece of bone). That sucked.

@DaleStarkA10 The problem with leather work is there isn’t a thing about it you can rush. It amazes me how much time it takes every time I make a leather holster.
@badmusbanji@thecookinglane It is not undercooked. The pink and red colors you see in the meat is the smoke ring. It is how the meat changes color after being smoked for hours. When a brisket is smoked that way, it always has a smoke ring but the final internal temperature is about 95°C.
