Today we convened our Annual General Meeting at which our Interim Board Chairperson, Ms Stella Marie Biwaga Cingtho presented the Annual Report accounting for our performance in the Financial year 24/25 to our shareholders— @MEMD_Uganda and the @mofpedU.

Key areas of focus included; the need to improve fault resolution time, power supply reliability, expediency in project execution and the electricity access agenda among others.

The Board is optimistic about the Company's performance in the year ahead.
