Last month, The Maryland Senate passed SB 40, a bill that prohibits disclosure of ALL body-worn camera footage of incidents that do not fit certain overly narrow exceptions.

Those amendments are not available online because they were never considered by the committees. Next years bills will drop with those amendments.
