The training series concluded today at the K. Thilafushi site as part of ongoing capacity-building initiatives on newly acquired XCMG heavy vehicles and machinery. The program brought together technical personnel from project sites across all regions of the Maldives, ensuring nationwide alignment of operational standards.

Delivered by the manufacturer’s team, the sessions provided structured, hands-on training to strengthen technical competencies.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the XCMG team for their continued support and expertise.

A permanent solution to the challenge of limited access to modern equipment and machinery required for infrastructure development across the islands of the Maldives.

Under the visionary leadership of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, 230 units of modern machinery have been brought into the country through a Business Cooperation Agreement between Infrastructure Development Solution (IDS) and XCMG. In line with the Memorandum of Understanding between IDS and the Road Development Corporation (RDC), this equipment was officially handed over to RDC today.

This milestone significantly strengthens national infrastructure development capacity, enabling projects across the islands to be implemented more efficiently, reliably, and with improved access to modern resources and machinery.
