@vrbo Almost 1 yr later.... the only response I ever got was a blanket "terms and conditions" email stating typical policy, and a statement that said your teams were really busy right now! DISAPPOINTED @vrbo wouldn't help get us connected to a new property owner when we were stranded!

Extremely disappointed in @vrbo after such an awful situation on our family vaca 2 weeks ago. Their cust service to help our family in a time of need FAILED! They stranded us in the middle of nowhere, S. Dakota after our property failed to provide entry. Still havent heard back..

There are easy solutions if they would be willing to listen & help. I couldn't believe their "policy" when they told me, and the fact that i still cant even find the policy they state when i go try to read their fine print, only to find this FALSE STATEMENT instead.

It's been 2 weeks after "escalating" it to a "resolution team" when I needed immediate help. I was left to find a solution on my own. Traveling in the middle of nowhere w/ 5 small children and 2 elderly grandparents and they were unwilling to try to think outside the box.
