Hey everyone i just made a video for @sedaprotocol

Before that let me quickly share what SEDA is about

SEDA is a multichain permissionless protocol that connects real-world data to any network on-chain.

Developers can deploy oracle programs in seconds and integrate data without waiting for approvals.

It was designed with three key principles:

1. Permissionless: access any public or private data from day one

2. Programmable: set up custom feeds in seconds

3. Accessible: integrate from any chain and access data anywhere.

Recently SEDA introduced SEDA Sophon

Sophon is a specialized solver built for Hyperliquid’s HIP-3 market structure. Unlike the standard Core update process, it delivers results directly to HyperCore via an authenticated endpoint.

That means latency drops from four blocks to per-block updates with a roadmap toward sub-second latency

This upgrade matters because HIP-3 allows perpetual markets on any asset but illiquid assets often suffer from slow oracle updates.

Sophon helps solve this by publishing outputs directly after the commit–reveal cycle. The result is faster pricing, more efficient arbitrage, and higher liquidity

At the base layer SEDA runs on its own chain, with three subsystems working together

> SEDA Chain for canonical settlement under BFT consensus

> Overlay Network for fetching from public and private data sources

> Solver Network for routing data requests across chains.

On top of this developers can deploy Oracle Programs like customizable smart contracts that aggregate data, add weighting algorithms, or compute indexes before publishing them on-chain. This makes SEDA far more flexible than static price feeds.

The vision is simple bring the internet on-chain

SEDA has already raised over $22M from backers including Coinbase, Near, and G1 Ventures. It’s not just powering DeFi but also use cases in supply chains, insurance, and beyond.
