@DisneyPlus Thanks so much!! Just spent the last 35 minutes trying to get a stream for our Disney+ service going to calm our autistic son during a tornado warning to no effect on a PC.. Thankfully my wife grabbed his iPad & was able to get something going. 0/10 = FAIL.

@AmazonHelp I received an approval to return the item & was provided a return label w/ an address that's undeliverable. I have sent a follow-up message & am awaiting a response. It seems that Amazon should be doing more when a seller isn't making themselves available since it's your service.
