@SBICard_Connect I requested SBI Card Flexipay EMI for my ₹1,30,354 transaction on 14 Oct for 3 months. Despite the first agent saying it was processed, another agent converted only ₹80,354 on 15 Oct without resolving my original request.

I ordered ice cream through @zomato , but it arrived completely melted and was not in an acceptable condition to consume. This is clearly a delivery/storage issue. I paid for a product that should have arrived frozen and intact. Please provide a full refund for this order.

@Bajaj_Finserv I made my EMI payment for Loan A/C P410PPP68689331 on 01 Aug 2026 at 23:18:58, but I’ve still been charged a ₹590 bounce charge.

Please verify the payment and reverse/refund the ₹590 charge, as the EMI was already paid. Kindly look into this urgently.
