I have made two changes for 2025. I have taken out a @bluesky account and I have reduced my listening of @BBCRadio3 because the constant plugging of smart speakers has become very annoying.

@ruth71500499 @PetrocTrelawny @MannGeorgia Exactly how I feel. I would find one useful if walking was difficult for me but until then I will get up and change stations. Many of us sit in front of computers for far too long without a break. It’s important to MOVE at frequent intervals.

One of the best aspects of retirement is being able to sit in bed in the morning with a mug of strong coffee listening to @BBCRadio3 @PetrocTrelawny. It feels very civilised to greet the day slowly rather than leaping out in a rush.
