I have made two changes for 2025. I have taken out a @bluesky account and I have reduced my listening of @BBCRadio3 because the constant plugging of smart speakers has become very annoying.
Curious, isn’t it? The very same people calling for a General Election because @Keir_Starmer is unpopular reject a second Referendum on EU membership because they insist it would be “undemocratic".
Are they hypocritical or just very stupid?
Thinking of attending a Boxing Day hunt meet? This is what ‘trail hunts’ get up to.
Please RT if it is one thing you do today and get these faces everywhere. Cowards.
@ruth71500499@PetrocTrelawny@MannGeorgia Exactly how I feel. I would find one useful if walking was difficult for me but until then I will get up and change stations. Many of us sit in front of computers for far too long without a break. It’s important to MOVE at frequent intervals.
Iceland's new all-women government announced it will hold a referendum to join the EU! The recent election saw an overwhelming landslide victory for pro-EU parties and was already essentially a referendum
Hello @Keir_Starmer I hope you’re having a good start to Christmas . I didn’t know who else to write to so I’m hoping you can help . Please make some calls & get this poor woman out of prison for Christmas . This doesn’t reflect well on the UK . Thanks #loveactually Please RT

@itvnews Is this a joke? Who is paying for this? There are memorials to her all over the country from various jubilees- eg there’s the Elizabeth Line, we don’t need anything else at all
@itvnews £46m for a memorial for the late Queen? if they have to have one, why not build a new NHS hospital in her name? something practical for the people and not just another royal family vanity project.
No money for pensioners fuel allowance. No money for WASPI women.
£46m for a memorial to the late Queen.
No fucking problem No questions asked.
Why do we accept this? #LetThemEatCake
Question for #RachelFromAccounts
How come you can find the money from public funds (allegedly £46m) for a memorial to the late Queen, but there’s no money for WASPI women because apparently there’s a 22 billion black hole we’ve got to fill.
One of the best aspects of retirement is being able to sit in bed in the morning with a mug of strong coffee listening to @BBCRadio3@PetrocTrelawny. It feels very civilised to greet the day slowly rather than leaping out in a rush.
