@notsocooljules A lot of good advice here. Don't fixate on mileage because you'll drive yourself crazy. Keep it slow and simple and, after a few consistent weeks, your body will go on autopilot when you run. Then you are free to just zone out or enjoy the scenery or music or podcasts. Have fun!
