Did you know there's a TCM formula that's very famous to treat hangovers? The name is Ge Hua Jie Cheng San, in Chinese (葛花解酲散) it literally means "Kudzu Flower Powder to Relieve Hangovers".

TCM tip of the day.
In his 220 AD book Discussion of Cold Damage, Shang Han Lun describes a great formula when Cold invades the body's Exterior: 5 parts ginger, 3 parts spring onions and 1 part cinnamon bark. It'll expel Cold via sweating.
Useful as the cold weather comes back!
