See you in NOLA!
Last night, I had the honor of having a midnight conversation with the Premier of NSW @ChrisMinnsMP focused on bringing @MeaningfulMo to Australia.
Inspired by his wise leadership and care for the future of NSW.
Immensely grateful to Rabbi Ulman for his leadership during this difficult period in Australia and for bringing this meeting together.
Ending the year. Opening a new chapter.
So much noise.
Our kids are drowning in it - pressure, distractions, nonstop input.
That's why we started Meaningful Moment.
1 minute of silence to start each school day.
1 conversation at home to fuel it.
The result? Calmer kids. Grounded classrooms. Real change.
They’ve seen what one quiet minute can do.
A Meaningful Moment gives students a calm, focused start to their day.
It doesn’t require new curriculums or class conversations.
Just sixty seconds of quiet.
This isn’t about adding more. It’s about making space.
Meaningful for students, a pause for teachers, and most of all, meaningful conversations between children and parents.

A small pause, a soft shift.
🌊🌊
Because children deserve time to reflect on their values.
A moment — a tool — to help students begin their day grounded, present, and reflective.
Let's bring this to more classrooms.

You just took a moment. Now imagine if every child could too - at the start of each school day.
At Meaningful Moment, we bring a daily pause to public schools.
To give children the space to reflect.
Over 43,000 students already start their day this way. Let's bring it to more.
Know a parent with kids in public school? Share this post with them.

Today we celebrate the 123rd birthday of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, a visionary leader whose dedication to moral and ethical education continues to inspire. In his honor, this day is recognized as Education and Sharing Day, emphasizing the importance of instilling values and character in our youth
Our mission @MeaningfulMo is to bring the Rebbe’s vision to life by encouraging every school day to begin with a quiet moment of reflection. Just sixty seconds of stillness — a chance for students to think about the values and life lessons shared at home, and carry them with intention into the day ahead.
My friend Rabbi Yanky Baron wrote a powerful op-ed this week in the Baltimore Sun that speaks directly to this need:
“Drowning in Noise, Youth Need a Moment of Silence”
Read it here: https://t.co/TAk6rehpRB
And @CityJournal recently featured Meaningful Moment and the growing national movement inspired by the Rebbe’s call:
“Schools Should Start Each Day With a Moment of Silence”
Read the article here: https://t.co/2bEcajCGA5
As we reflect on the Rebbe’s vision on what education means, let’s recommit to creating space in our children's lives for meaning, values, and self-reflection.
Because one quiet moment — filled with purpose — can shape a lifetime.
Honored to be featured in City Journal by Ray Domanico of the Manhattan Institute. The need for a daily moment of reflection in schools is more important than ever. Grateful for this opportunity to share our vision. Huge thank you to Ray! Read it here: https://t.co/p94Jf0TJls
Had an inspiring conversation with Vince Vaughn about Hollywood's immense responsibility to positively influence the next generation. We also explored the vision of @MeaningfulMo , empowering kids with values and purpose every day.
I'm in Washington, D.C. for the next few days and would love to connect with anyone passionate about education, creating meaningful change, or learning more about the Meaningful Moment initiative. Let's discuss how we can empower the next generation. Feel free to DM me
Had a wonderful meeting this morning with @doelouisiana Superintendent @cadebrumley. We discussed education broadly and Meaningful Moment's vision to provide every child with the opportunity to begin their day with a moment of silent reflection, fostering meaningful conversations between parents and their children.
With incredible leaders like Dr. Brumley at the helm, the future of education in Louisiana is bright!
