A simple surname change request for my fellow passenger. @IndiGo6E says you have to cancel tickets, get refund in two instalments in a week and fresh book tickets and pay convenience fee...How could a person bear this ?

I just book an air ticker from @IndiGo6E and mistakenly put wrong surname for my fellow traveller. I instantly call customer care and requested for a change.

They denied and said according to DGCA new policy they can’t…

I visited @DGCAIndia and find that any customer can do within 24 hours. Their name change department head said according to @IndiGo6E policy they can’t - cancel the ticket, pay convenience charge, get the refund in two instalments and rebook..
