I just published apple_spatial_capture, a Flutter plugin that brings several of Apple’s spatial capture APIs to Flutter.

I think I’m wasting time on finetuning. And I didn’t realize it until today.

Today’s takeaway: finetuning isn’t always the answer and more training doesn’t guarantee better results. If you’re training models, pay attention to when things stop improving. That point matters more than any target step count.

I just needed to understand one parameter.

Today’s takeaway: not everything needs more training — sometimes you just need better control over what you already have.

If you’re working with generative models, spend time understanding seeds and parameters first. It changes everything.
