At least 1,446 Google Manual Actions have been applied since March 5th to sites in Mediavine, Raptive, and Ezoic (out of 79,000 sites looks at).

These sites are completely deindexed.

Cumulative traffic loss of 20 million visitors per month. Who's getting all that traffic now?!?

3 websites were getting over 1 million organic visitors a month.

Google isn't messing around with these manual actions applied since March 5th.

Oh, and 100% of these deindexed sites had some AI content according to Originality.

Google is facing its biggest legal challenge in history... 🚨 The U.S. Justice Department has accused the search giant of illegally maintaining its monopoly over search through exclusionary contracts and agreements. After years of investigation, the landmark trial is now underway.

This trial could bring monumental changes to Google and the future of search on the internet. Here are the key things to know:

❗️Google pays companies like Apple over $10 billion per year to be the default search engine on devices. The government argues this stifles competition.
❗️Google employees were allegedly told to avoid using terms like "market share" and "bundle" to not appear as "monopolists". 🤐
❗️If Google loses, it may have to change its business practices and no longer be the default search engine on many devices. This could threaten its dominance as rivals like Microsoft Bing and Yahoo gain ground.
❗️Breaking up Google entirely is also on the table as a potential remedy. This would be the biggest tech split since Microsoft in 1998.

The trial is expected to last 10 weeks. We'll see if the DOJ can convince the judge that Google's tactics have unfairly blocked rivals for years.
