Delivered signs to our eighteen 8th grade Builders club members. Wonderful to see these student leaders who have done so much for their community take their enthusiasm and talents to high school; sad to see them go! Lots more pictures than we can tweet!
My coworker is learning all about Screencastify, thanks to the wonderful folks at CCPS who are sharing their expertise in webinars. Thanks to all. These are a big support in the push to make DL the best it can be.
Builders Club made accessories for the Matim Primary School Choir in Arusha, Tanzania. Thanks to the Smiths, their friends and our Kiwanis club facilitators for sharing the fun. We can hardly wait for videos of the childrens' performances.
Best kind of day! Students throughout the Media Center. 8th graders discussing Bill of Rights on one side, 8th graders identifying and selecting specific genres on the other, and 7th graders in the Computer Lab creating audio/video projects for ELA. Way to go, MAMS!
Animoto, Nearpod, Destiny, oh my! Mrs. Knauth's ELA classes yelped and crowed as their characters raced to the finish line powered by correct answers in their Time to Climb quiz. They're going to have a fun and productive year in the Media Center.
