34 filmmakers from Northern region completed the UCC‑MultiChoice Film Capacity Enhancement Programme in Arua Mar 16‑20 conducted by @MediavisionA. Participants received script‑writing, cinematography & marketing skills. 2 shorts debuted from the training. @UCC_ED@UCC_Official
