Former Fortnite Producer Aakash Gupta says Nintendo didn't flinch in the face of GTA VI:

"GTA 6 is so big that every major game publisher evacuated November. Except Nintendo, who scheduled a remake of the highest-rated game ever made, a 99 on Metacritic, two weeks in front of it.

alejandrobujan released a ROM hack of DBZ: Supersonic Warriors 2 for the DS called Battle Arena! It turns the game into a pure fighting game with several new characters.
