Potato Wedges
Boiled the potatoes till half done
Then made a watery paste of garam masala,chat masala , pepper,salt,some oil and cornflour.dipped the sliced potatoes in this paste & grilled them for 20 mins in otg.
My style potato wedges...in short time...

Idli & rice #podi
1/2 cup gram dhal
1/2 cup urdh dhal
1/4 cup roasted gram
2 tbsp black sesame seeds
15 red chillies
1/4 tsp hinge
1/4 tsp pepper
6 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp Salt
Dry roast well all ingredients in a pan & grind to powder or lightly crunchy.
