CASH is not TRASH in a CRASH

Q: Why has Warren Buffet sold stocks and bonds and is sitting with billions in cash?

A: Because he is “keeping his powder dry” a.k.a. He is in CASH so he can buy priceless assets….after the crash and are on sale.

Q: Should you follow in Buffets footsteps?

A: I do not know. What you do with your money is up to you.

Last week I took millions in cash and purchased more oil wells, more gold, silver, and Bitcoin.

I doubt Warren Buffet would do what I do.

The more important question to you is what are you going to do?

If you do not have a plan for your cash….during a crash….the smartest thing you may consider doing is….nothing.

I am confident after a giant crash the price of gold, silver, and Bitcoin will go up… and I know I could be wrong.

I am confident as long as Iran keeps shooting oil tankers in the straights of Hormuz…. The price of oil from my Texas oil wells keeps going up.

Could I be wrong?

Yes.

But if I am wrong I still have Cashlow from my real estate and businesses.

There is a difference between loving God and fearing God.

Many love God — they are passionate, they give, they worship, they even preach. But the true proof of the fear of God is not activity; it is departure from evil.
You can love God and still step into sin. But when you fear God, you run from sin.

The fear of God is not in words, it is in choices. It is refusing what the world touches. It is walking away when compromise looks convenient. It is saying no — even when forgiveness seems guaranteed.
David loved God, yet when he crossed the line, he learned that sin has consequences — even when forgiveness is granted. That is why wisdom says: don’t play with what can cost you openly what you enjoyed secretly.

Those who fear God don’t argue with temptation — they flee. Just like Joseph, they run. If you truly fear God, you won’t flirt with sin. You will flee from it. Because the fear of God preserves glory, preserves presence, and preserves destiny.

Revenues in 1984 were $6 million.
Last year's revenues were $94.2 billion.
Impossible is nothing.

The other day, I saw a post asking what Nigerians who made at least N1m were doing.

N1m is just $662.

It is not that a big deal if you open your eyes to the truth which is something most people don't do.

And that is - Nigerian jobs that will comfortably pay you N1m a month are scarce.

If you don't believe me, go around and ask how much money doctors, bankers and professors get paid.

It leaves you with 2 options:

Option 1 is - Find remote jobs:

It is easier for foreign companies to pay you $1000 a month or more. Don't ask me how to get the remote jobs sha. There are people out there who teach these things.

Option 2 is - Start a business:

It maybe online or offline. Online is easier IF you will learn how it works and not be a lazy ass.

With a business, you can control your own income.

I have been sharing various online income models for years.

Some people who listened have made millions.

If you see a young guy or girl in your social media feed driving a Benz and living the soft life, they are the ones who listened.

And my advice has been simple:

If you are a young Nigerian who wants to actually make good money online, choose one of the 7 income models below and focus on it for at least 6 months.

1. Affiliate marketing - You sell other people's offers for a commission.

2. Information marketing - You package and sell your knowledge

3. Smart Ecommerce - You buy or produce physical products and promote with the internet.

4. Ghostwriting - You help people or companies write social media posts, articles, stories or books.

5. Skills freelancing - You sell your skills to people or companies who need them - E.g Copywriting, video editing, graphic design etc

6. Run a Youtube Faceless Channel - You post faceless videos on Youtube, Youtube runs ads on the videos, you get a commission.

7. Start a Micro advertising agency - You help businesses run ads on Youtube, Meta etc and you get paid 15% or whatever your rate is.

Again, pick one, stick with it and master it.

That is the key.
