One thing I've learnt as a founder:
Building the product is one challenge.
Explaining it is another.
After a few investor conversations, I realised something...
If investors don't understand your product, it doesn't always mean the product is bad.
Sometimes, it means the story isn't clear enough.
We've spent months building features.
Now, I'm learning to communicate outcomes.
Less "what it does."
More "why it matters."
Every conversation is feedback.
Every question helps refine the vision.
The product keeps getting better.

A co-founder should bring one of three things:
• The ability to build the product
• A clear vision for where the company is going
• The ability to turn the product into a profitable business
If they don't strengthen the company in one of these areas, ask yourself why they're a co-founder.
Friendship doesn't build companies. The right team does.
Who you build with matters as much as what you build.
