@emirates I have now provided my booking details twice over the past 48 hours and still have not received any response.
Instead, I am receiving automated replies saying you are “experiencing high volumes”.
This is completely unacceptable. Please take ownership of this.
@emirates After a 20-hour delay on EK343 (18 April), passengers were forced out of the airport in the middle of the night in a foreign country with no support from your team. As a solo female passenger, this is VERY concerning. No food, no water, no hotel or transport assistance.
