There are a host of more great side effects.
For those of you that are sick, getting over COVID, have the flu, or anything along those lines - return to the gym modestly when you feel better. Turn off “Hero Mode” for roughly a week upon your return.
If you’re sick, and have no appetite - I recommend more protein shakes to reach your diet targets. I wouldn’t recommend this normally because you might just get too hungry. When sick? Try it.
