We’re at a loss for words to describe the devastation in southern Turkey and northern Syria. The 7.8 magnitude earthquake has reduced the entire region to rubble. The death toll continues to rise, tragically exceeding 36,000 lives lost... (1/3)
@themetalvoice This is their best for me. It was my introduction to Exodus back in the day, so maybe that's why but I've always thought the songwriting was solid all the way through. The artwork is also killer.
@mitchlafon I know everyone gets old but it's still sad to see. You can tell he wanted to keep doing shows. I'm not even the biggest Ozzy fan out there, but I've always admired how much he enjoyed being on stage. Still, health is more important. Hope he takes care of himself.
This is a good question. Many candidates to choose form, but I'm gonna say Savatage. Incredible music, excellent discography, led to @trans_siberian but somehow remained less known than TSO. Every musician deserves more recognition, especially the Oliva brothers.
@themetalvoice I don't think it was a letdown. Obviously, it was never going to match the original (and it doesn't) but musically there are some solid tracks here. Best track for me is "Little One".
https://t.co/5Ku2vW3kUA It's been a while but I'm back with a new post! I do a summary of the equipment I get every year with the goal of helping folks who may be in the market for similar gear. Here are some gear highlights from 2021!
@testament I probably listened to The Gathering more than any other. That album has aged so well. Still as captivating as the first time I heard it 20 years ago!
@Loudwire He said something similar in the mid-2000s on Marty Friedman's TV show in Japan. You can find it on YouTube. As someone who was there, he'd know exactly what Mustaine's contribution was. It was so much more than just riffs and solos here and there. Kudos to King for speaking out.
I know this topic's been beaten to death but it's important to note that his peers give him the credit that's sometimes missing from critics. Dave didn't just write riffs and solos. He was a big part of Metallica in general. Kudos to King for speaking out. https://t.co/aOyqPbHDKm
It's been a while but I'm back with a new article. Queen's @OfficialRMT has a new solo album out. I may have some recency bias here, but I think it's his best solo album. Check out the article for what makes this different than his previous work.

I'm still amazed by his level of creativity, incredible songwriting, and versatile vocal delivery. You could never forget such a musician. Simply the best... #FreddieMercury
Listening to this @OfficialRMT record today. I may have recency bias, but I think it's my favorite RT solo album already. A full review on the site coming soon...
This is great. I think every artist, regardless of genre, should support this. Albums are meant to be listened to in a certain order. If you want to shuffle, there are always playlists. #adele#spotify https://t.co/usW8Mtuwd5
