4 people were shot on the side of the highway in Alexandria, Louisiana
8 people were shot and 3 are dead in Southport, North Carolina- mostly tourists
4 people were shot in a parking lot in Raleigh, North Carolina
10 people were shot and 1 was killed at a church in Grand Blanc, Michigan- including a child
4 people were shot and 1 was killed on Burboun St in New Orleans, one was a tourist visiting her sister
7 people were shot and 2 were killed at a Casino in Eagle Pass, Texas
How many bodies have to pile up before Republican leaders realize they’re holding blood money from the NRA?
I just ran away from a mass shooting at the Chiefs parade where I saw the Missouri governor (the gun lover below) running scared for his life next to me with an army of officers protecting him.
I am so sick of these NRA funded politicians. #GunControlNow
There is something so depressingly American about experiencing a mass shooting at a Super Bowl celebration on the anniversary of another mass shooting.
Kids can’t go to school.
Believers can’t go to church.
Families can’t go to the grocery store.
Friends can’t go to a concert.
And now fans can’t go to a SUPER BOWL PARADE without the real fear of being a part of a mass shooting in America. WHAT ARE WE DOING?

Robert Card, the shooter in Maine, reportedly reported mental health issues, including “hearing voices."
He also reportedly threatened to shoot up the National Guard base.
Stop it with the 2nd Amendment argument. It doesn’t prohibit us from talking steps to stop this.
Why can’t we just have universal background checks?
Why can’t we require background checks on all sales of guns including all sold at gun shows?
Why can’t we regulate AR-15s and similar guns like we do machine guns and sawed-off shotguns?
Why can’t we fix our mental health issues in this country?
Why?
this makes me feel less crazy. i feel like some medical professionals hurt more when they poke me with a needle, and with others i feel nothing when they poke me.
