@NGKids I've been trying to renew a gift sub for nephews since April w/ multiple emails to you, attempts to update my address & make a payment on your system. Zero success & no replies. I've sent yet another email as your system still hasn't updated my address. Shocking service

@PeopleofLeeds More public transport (bus, train, tram sounds good too) capacity during peak times ie before 9am after 4pm. Congestion charge for cars in city centre also would help as others have said.

@bibliojenni Similar situation. Just moved house so not feasible to do big meal all by myself. So having casual bring and share tomorrow w/ friends. I'm only doing 2 dishes! Happy Thanksgiving :)
