@Airbnb it’s MIDNIGHT in Florence. Our host is unresponsive, we can’t access the property we paid for, and medicine my husband needs while he’s sick is locked inside. We had to book a hotel ourselves. Airbnb offered 20% and can’t escalate us through chat. How is this acceptable?
