As part of his radiation treatment, William designed a mask to match LT��s Screagle setup. Today, William was surprised by the source of his inspiration for a design session of their own.

This season's Caps in School Field Trip saw 70 third grade students from Chesterbrook Elementary School learn how to apply STEM subjects to hockey.

“They had that night where they brought out all these kids that all said they started playing hockey all because of him,” Connor McMichael said. “So I think, when you look back at his career, like what he did on the ice is super important, but I think, off the ice, he really helped the community grow and introduced the game of hockey to so many kids.”
