Ordered an iPhone 15 from @amazon on 22nd Sept — still not delivered. Today is the 27th, and it still shows “arriving on 22nd.” Every day, false promises and no real solution from @AmazonHelp. This is beyond frustrating. #AmazonFail #CustomerService

@croozeus Same, after a point even the delivery guy will not response to your call and will mark it as delivery attempted

@AmazonHelp @amazon I’ve spoke to multiple agents , they are just giving fake promises and pushing the dates, today morning when I called one of the agent told that the product has been damaged and asked to cancel from my end. My experience was really worst wasn’t expecting this kind of service

@croozeus They are just pushing the dates and I’ve spoken to multiple agents they are just giving false assurance and now they are saying it is damaged so it will not get delivered
