@moonyenoom Gradually increase bike time - to pretty/fun places ideally. Can you take a less steep hill? Go around? Walking the bike is always an option for bad inclines.

- say they love books but ask them to name fave and they cannot
- claim to read a lot yet tbr pile is always taller
- reading should make you smarter but they're just broke
- ask what a book on their shelf is about and they haven't even read it
