Don’t go to the @Whataburger in Watauga. Terrible customer service. 1st - Said our confirmed order wasn’t in the system after waiting 10-15 min. 2nd - Refused to remake our order bc they were “Too Busy”. We left & went to Rosa’s Cafe and were served in a friendly & timely manner.

@PandaExpress can someone explain why Lake Air Mall store in Waco closed at 7:00 PM today when their hours are 10:30-9:30? Then went to I-35 & Hwy 6 store and waited 53 min to order upon finding out they were out of fried rice for 30 min. This isn’t the first time.
