@sknobbyy I can’t get raises no matter what my review says because my union contract determines my wage. Everyone even gave up doing performance reviews because if none are put in the contract says it will be assumed we are satisfactory. We only get reviewed if they need to discipline us.

@M5PAVS @SandyofCthulhu “Fire” is for guns. You used to manually light the gunpowder, you’d touch fire to your gun and it would shoot. “Fire” became the command for shooting your gun.

“Loose” I believe is the correct term for shooting an arrow from a bow. You hold the arrow and then you set it loose.

@Andeslynx @kirawontmiss For things that you’re going to cook a long time like meat that you just want to get to temp or you’re going to slow cook for hours yes. If it’s something like baking where there’s chemistry involved and precision is needed or if you want to sear meat, you need to preheat

@ItsWrestleWorld The setup was good! I like the smaller crowds when they’re like this. It seems easier for them to all coordinate and get a good chant going. With bigger crowds sometimes you can hear them trying to get something going and then it fades out.
