@airindia It's not only a delay, it's a pity that the escalation matrix is missing in air India with nonTQP and specifically untrained ground handling staff with inappropriate supervision. I am surprised whether the company has ever worked on the SLA and Integrated redressal mechanism

@airindia @DGCAIndia the flight is delayed for an hour in the night and the delay has been informed 30min after the check in at the airport. The air India office is at the check in counter and I am inside the airport at the departure gate, no appropriate relief is being provided.
