@RailwaySeva @drmncrald Sir this is not one time problem. I frequently use Shram Shakti to and from Delhi. From Delhi we always get used bedrolls. Attendant packs used bedrolls in packing. There is need to check at your end. I have earlier complained about this also but every time the same things happen

@KewalKapoor You are right. Most of the cars are so dirty and smelly, it becomes very difficult to travel. Also waiting time is more far from what is declared by Ola/Uber. Really both are scary to travel.

@RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia See pics of bedding. Used bedding was there in packing. Also packing was open. No attendant is there. Train 12452 coach A1, berth 43. Need urgent support. Checked twice but no attendant.

I have also no option except to choose one of them. Thank you for your response but need to check from the vendor how they are cleaning
