tmr is day 5.
i think a week is very hard to stand withdrawal.
i was addicted in this 10 years.

i guess it's the first time that i hadn't smoking over 3 days.
it's good even if last day sleep was worst...
i'm still feel the withdrawal, but i am free from addiction.
