7️⃣ TRUST THE PROCESS! You’ll become a competent amazing physician. Residency is hard but trust yourself! Always reach out to friends/failure buddy/mentors when you feeling low or isolated.

Residency is a rollercoaster 🎢 filled with emotions, steep learning curves, 24hrs calls, finding time can be challenging as you juggle between working, studying and oh life stuff as well! I’m not an expert but these tips have helped me so far🧵:

6️⃣ Never compare yourself! People come from different backgrounds and have different learning styles. Set & review your objectives for every rotation. If you don’t know how to make the most of a rotation especially off service reach out to your mentors/senior residents for tips.
