They are avoiding it subject completely and trying to keep money they claim is refunded.

How do you receive a part refund and other monies STILL not returned, despite being told all have been successfully refunded? 45 days makes no sense when some already have cleared with ARN.

Very confusing with @etihad for our dream holiday.
Been informed seat booking is free if travelling with children under 12. And then told it’s easier if more than 2 are under 12.
But multiple chats later still £1000 to ensure we sit together? A dream holiday becoming stressful
