sanitary pad ads have RUINED period care by convincing women that the periods means jumping, running, climbing mountains and working out heavily.

periods come with pain, fatigue, mood swings and discomfort and body needs REST.
pad absorbs BLOOD. It doesn't absorb the PAIN.
